This 27 m² private space includes an entrance, a bathroom with separate toilet and a beautiful 17 m² bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, a wardrobe and a small desk and the view. on the park and the valley. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a vanity unit.
A second bedroom can be added to this space, thus forming the Joséphine suite.
Joséphine, the Suite
This parental suite is composed of the Joséphine bedroom (with its shower, and its toilets), a 14 m² bedroom with two 90 X 190 beds, a bathroom composed of a shower, a small sink and a toilet.
This second bedroom gives access to a private terrace of 13 m² with armchairs, a bench and a coffee table, with a view of the park and the valley.
The Joséphine suite thus forms a private space of more than 50 m².
